We are glad to offer you our season- and market-oriented products
and meals. As, during the week, we only open on reservation, and
on week-ends we offer a new gastronomic surprise-menu every day,
you will understand that - for reasons of good quality we are not
able to keep an elaborate « a la carte »- menu.
